$9.95Marc Fortune: Power Up Your Sales Program Through Community Involvement
In 1997 Marc Fortune bought a sleepy 12 year old company, Century II that then had a revenue run rate of $20 million. Within 5 years, the company’s revenues exceeded $100 million. He credits this growth largely to the community involvement of his team. He sold the firm to a public company in 2005 and has started 2 other companies since, including his current operation, Force Five that operates sales leadership development programs.
He is an alum of Leadership Nashville, has served on numerous non-profit boards, has chaired six of them and started one from scratch.
Fortune has a degree from Marquette University and received his MBA from Vanderbilt. He has three grown children, an accommodating son-in-law, a happy wife, two delighted dogs and is an avid sailor.
