Appetizer – Bacon, egg and cheese, fried quail egg, benton’s bacon, KY colby jack

First –  House pulled mozzarella, macerated peaches, basil crumbs, minus 8 vinegar, lemon verbena

Second –  Beet and  local goat cheese textures… puree, flan, crispy, air

Third –   Porchetta, KY blue cheese soft polenta, date mole, braised leeks

Fourth – Fig and olive oil cake, glazed figs,  house made ricotta, pecan tuille
