Steve Richards isn’t much of a social planner and by the time he learned Aretha Franklin was performing at the Ryman Auditorium, good tickets were gone. A friend and fellow Nashville City Club member mentioned George Armistead had just snared great seats through the Club’s Concierge Service, so Steve rang Member Relations Manager, Ashlee Polk.
