Margie Bingham is the owner and principal of Rainmaker Management Group, Inc., a business consulting, coaching and training practice. Since 2001 her business has helped other business owners enhance their company and personal performance. Margie does this by providing strategic and tactical business planning and marketing; market identification and development; individual and team training and development; financial management; and system & process improvement. Her clients range from small private companies to Fortune 50 corporations. Whether the business objective is to grow to the next level, stabilize current operations, or prepare the business for sale, Margie Bingham and Rainmaker Management Group can help.

After16 years of success as a corporate executive in sales; domestic and international marketing; and product and services development and acquisition, Margie left corporate America and began her entrepreneurial journey with a company she developed to deliver wireless information services to the medical community. Margie then started a second business providing allied healthcare employee benefit services. This company currently operates multiple locations throughout the Southeast.

As a business coach, consultant and trainer, Margie has successfully helped executives and owners of companies large and small gain knowledge and expertise; improve their businesses; and leverage their resources through planning, focus, and effective plan implementation. She believes everyone in business should “plan their work and work their plan”. And her clients agree that doing so has made significant improvements in their businesses and allowed them the opportunity for greater business success and increased personal satisfaction.

A native of Knoxville, Margie earned both her BA and MBA from the University of Tennessee. Since 1997 she has made Nashville her home. When Margie isn’t working she can be found on the golf course, power walking or hiking, remodeling her house, or serving on numerous civic and non-profit boards. A 13+ year member of the Kiwanis Club of Nashville, Margie is a past president, past lieutenant governor, current club board member, and serves on the Kiwanis Kentucky-Tennessee District Foundation Board.
